Easy Homemade Hummus
Easy homemade recipe that is creamy and amazingly delicious.

Ingredients
Hummus
- 1.5 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked
- 1/4 cups lemon juice
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Topping
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup parsley chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until smooth
- For a looser consistency, add a splash of water and blend until you reach your desired thickness
- Place into a serving dish and top with olive oil, cayenne, paprika, and parsley.
- Enjoy!
Notes
If you do not have cooked chickpeas, use a 15.5-ounce can as a replacement. Drain and rinse.
