Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs pork tenderloin
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup liquid amino
- 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbs ginger minced
- 2 tbs pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Heat oil in large skillet.
- Mix together all dry ingredients together and rub tenderloin.
- Sear tenderloin.
- Mix together dijon mustard, liquid amino and balsamic vinegar together and pour over tenderloin in baking dish.
- Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until internal temp is 155ºF.
- Let meat rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
