Most people think of detox as a single event. The truth is, your liver runs a sophisticated two-phase process every single day. Glutathione is your body’s master detox antioxidant, and NAC is the most effective way to raise it. Rather than supplementing glutathione directly (which is poorly absorbed), NAC gives your liver the raw material it needs to produce glutathione on its own. This is critical for Phase II detoxification, where glutathione binds to reactive toxin intermediates and escorts them out of the body.
NAC also supports healthy respiratory function and helps thin mucus that can harbor airborne toxins. If you have been exposed to mold, chemicals, or chronic inflammation, NAC is one of the first supplements I reach for.
Recommended Use: 1 to 2 capsules mid-morning, with or without food.
Liver Support: Milk Thistle Standardized to 80% Silymarin
The liver is the workhorse of your detoxification system, and Milk Thistle is one of the most well-researched botanicals for protecting it. Our Liver Support formula is standardized to 80% silymarin, the active compound responsible for Milk Thistle’s liver-protective effects. Silymarin helps shield hepatocytes (liver cells) from damage, stimulates bile flow to flush toxins out of the liver, and provides antioxidant support to reduce the oxidative stress that comes with heavy detox activity.
We have also included lecithin in this formula to improve absorption and provide additional lipotrophic support, meaning it actively helps the liver process and move fats and toxins through the detox pathway more efficiently.
Recommended Use: 1 capsule with dinner.
Detox Support: Six-Ingredient Binder and Toxin Clearance Formula
Once your liver has processed toxins, those compounds need to leave your body. Without proper binders in the gut, toxins processed by the liver can be reabsorbed through the intestinal wall and sent right back into circulation.
