Ingredients
  • 2 medium zucchini spiraled` into zoodles
  • 3/4 pounds shrimp peeled
  • 1 lemon juice & zest
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup grass fed parmesan grated
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Cook the shrimp in the olive oil, garlic, and lemon
  2. Spiralize the zucchinis as the shrimp are cooking
  3. Add the zoodles and other spices until zoodles have softened to your desire.
  4. Top with parsley and Parmesan cheese.
