Ingredients
  • 2-3lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1tbs Dijon mustard
  • 1/4cup liquid amino
  • 3tbs Balsamic vinegar
  • 3cloves garlicminced
  • 1tbs gingerminced
  • 2tbs pure maple syrup
  • 1tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Mix together all dry ingredients together and rub tenderloin.
  4. Sear tenderloin.
  5. Mix together dijon mustard, liquid amino and balsamic vinegar together and pour over tenderloin in baking dish.
  6. Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until internal temp is 155ºF.
  7. Let meat rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
