Place all ingredients into large slow cooker pot.
Fill with water to just cover all ingredients.
Cover pot with lid and turn slow cooker to high.
Once it starts to boil, turn to low and leave for 7 hours+
Cook for at least a total of 8 hours, but the longer you cook it, the better! Cook up to 24 hours.
Let cool and strain liquid into another pot. Discard all bones and vegetables, but keep any of the meat if you choose to.
Pour broth into containers and place into refrigerator. When you go use a container of broth, scrap and solidified fat from the top.
Add salt, pepper or any other spices to flavor. Enjoy!
