Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2-3 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbs dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup liquid amino
  • 3 tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbs ginger minced
  • 2 tbs pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF
  • Heat oil in large skillet.
  • Mix together all dry ingredients together and rub tenderloin.
  • Sear tenderloin.
  • Mix together dijon mustard, liquid amino and balsamic vinegar together and pour over tenderloin in baking dish.
  • Cover and bake for 15 minutes or until internal temp is 155ºF.
  • Let meat rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!
