Endometriosis

Endometriosis is a common condition characterized by pelvic pain, pain with intercourse and infertility. This occurs when uterine tissue (also called endometrial tissue) is found outside the uterus. Symptoms may be mild, yet many women suffer markedly with this condition. The Women’s Clinic focuses on the entire endocrine system in approaching women with endometriosis.
