Schedule Your Appointment Through the Patient Portal

  1. On the navigation bar, hover over Patients and click Patient Portal from the dropdown menu.

  2. Sign in to your Patient Portal with your username and password.

  3. Click My Appointments on the right-hand side navigation.

  4. Schedule your appointment with the available dates and times shown.

  5. Please make sure all medications, supplements & contact information is up to date.
