Orange Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole orange
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop MenoMeal Vanilla
  • 2 cups chopped kale
  • 1 cup of ice

Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
