Healthy Heart Makeover eCourse

During my Women’s Heart Health Summit, I put together a 4 part course that teaches you how the heart is linked with the rest of your body and how you can improve your heart health. We have now made this course available to everyone outside of the Women’s Heart Health Summit. If you would like to participate, on your own time and at your own pace, I encourage you to take these steps.
