Ingredients

  • 2 oz ghee
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lemon quartered
  • 16 oz salmon (4 individuals or 1 large)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF
  • Place the ghee, salt, parsley, dill in a bowl and mix together.
  • Brush the salmon with mixture.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is thoroughly cooked and flakes easily when you use a fork.
  • Squeeze lemon over cooked salmon.
  • Enjoy
