Sesame Chicken with Broccoli

Sesame Chicken and Broccoli

A delicious meal in 45 minutes! Full of flavor


  • Large Frying Pan
  • Wok


  • 2 lbs Organic Chicken Breast Sliced into bite-sized strips
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Liquid Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mix with 3 tbsp cold water
  • 5 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 3 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 3 Green Onions diced


  • Turn stove to medium and heat frying pan. Add 2 tbsp coconut oil.
  • When oil is hot, add sliced chicken with pepper, ginger, and garlic powder
  • While chicken is cooking, mix together: chicken broth, liquid aminos, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and fish sauce
  • Stir the chicken occasionally until it is fully cooked
  • Add sauce mixture and stir for about 2 minutes
  • Add cornstarch/water mixture to the chicken and sauce and stir
  • Turn temperature of the frying pan to OFF
  • While chicken and sauce are cooling, heat the last tbsp of coconut oil in wok over med-high heat
  • When oil is hot, sauté broccoli for 2-3 minutes (stop cooking when broccoli turns bright green)
  • Turn wok off. Pour chicken with the sauce over the broccoli in the wok am mix.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds and diced green onions, serve, end ENJOY!
