Shrimp Stir Fry

  • 2 tbs sesame oil
  • 1 tbs ginger root minced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli cut
  • 1 large Onion chopped
  • 1 large carrot chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 Orange bell pepper chopped
  • 1 tbs rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1/4 cup liquid amino
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • 1 bunch fresh basil chopped


  • In a bowl, mix together: 1 tbs sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, honey, liquid amino and chili garlic sauce.
  • Heat 1 tbs sesame oil over medium and add garlic and ginger.
  • Once fragrant, and shrimp and cook until shrimp are just about done.
  • Add vegetables and toss.
  • Add sauce and toss.
  • Once shrimp and vegetables are cooked, garnish with basil and enjoy!
