Shrimp Stir Fry
If y0u are running short on time, this is a quick meal that is full of flavor! Try this recipe with different other vegetables and protein as well!
Shrimp Stir Fry
Servings: 6 people
Ingredients
- 2 tbs sesame oil
- 1 tbs ginger root minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup broccoli cut
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 1 green bell pepper chopped
- 1 Orange bell pepper chopped
- 1 tbs rice vinegar
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbs honey
- 1/4 cup liquid amino
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 bunch fresh basil chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together: 1 tbs sesame oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, honey, liquid amino and chili garlic sauce.
- Heat 1 tbs sesame oil over medium and add garlic and ginger.
- Once fragrant, and shrimp and cook until shrimp are just about done.
- Add vegetables and toss.
- Add sauce and toss.
- Once shrimp and vegetables are cooked, garnish with basil and enjoy!
