Slow Cook Moroccan Bison Meatballs

Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb ground bison
- 1/2 medium onion diced
- 3 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
Moroccan Sauce
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for the sauce into the slow cooker and stir until everything is mixed together.
- Turn slow cooker on high.
- Combine all ingredients for the meatballs in a large mixing bowl and mix together.
- For 25 small, loosely packed meatballs and place in slow cooker atop of sauce.
- Cook for 2.5 hours on high, stirring occasionally.
