The Great Turkey Burger

  • 1.5 lbs Ground Turkey
  • 1/3 cup Green Onions chopped
  • 1/3 cup Basil chopped
  • 1/3 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup Avocado
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper


  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix gently until all ingredients are fully blended.
  • Divide burger mixture into four equal balls.
  • Form into patties by pressing each mixture in between palms.
  • Heat grill or cast iron pan to medium-high.
  • Cook burgers for 5-6 minutes per side, or until thouroughly cooked.
  • Serve with all of your favorite toppings and enjoy!
