Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Kale
- 1 tsp Ginger peeled
- 2 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 8 oz Coconut Milk unsweetened
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/3 cup Beetroot
- 1 scoop Organic Vanilla Protein
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your blender.
- Blend until all ingredients are completely mixed together and a nice creamy consistency.
- If you prefer a looser style smoothie, add more coconut milk to your desired smoothie.
